So many of my readers have a really hard time with sticking to their grocery budget. I completely understand. The temptation is always there to grab food on the way home from work or sports practice. Grab a quick coffee and doughnut to go in the morning when you stop for gas. All that stopping and grabbing adds up. For some, it can be hundreds and hundreds of dollars a month.

Grocery Budget Challenge
So this month, I am going to show my newsletter readers in detail how I budget my money. How I meal plan our dinners throughout the whole month. Coupons, stockpiling, shopping the deals. I am laying it all out for you to see, every move we make for the whole month. Anything to do with food, you will know.
Grocery shopping can be seriously expensive. I have three teenagers and two of them are boys and they eat A LOT! I thought diapers and formula added up, wrong! Teenagers add so much to the grocery budget.
There are so many tips and tricks to saving more money at the grocery store. I have tried just about everything to get my food budget down to a manageable level, short of not letting those teenage boys eat!
How much do you spend on groceries each month? Do you always stick with your budget? I would love to hear from you.
